Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.

We aim to for our customers to receive their packages within 5-10 working days (excludes weekends and may sometimes be slight delays due to postal issues at times). The only exception would be our jewellery items from our jewellery section which can take around 2-4 weeks. Some items can also be shipped out next day, please message us if you need next day or faster delivery to see what we can do for you. Any other questions please do send us an email or ask through instagram direct message. Bespoke product timescales can be discussed with myself at the time of order.

We accept either PayPal or Bank Transfer, the choice is yours at Check Out

If item received is either the incorrect item or is damaged on delivery, please contact us as there is a chance of a refund or exchange. If once item is received you feel as though you don’t like the item, or you think your name is spelt wrong, these kind of things will not be refundable.

International shipping is available with pricing dependant on the product. Please choose the international shipping option at checkout for pricing.

The website is encrypted to HTTPS standard for the most secure shopping experience, all your data is protected!

We start the process of custom making your product, firstly by creating the calligraphy for the text, and then attaching this to whichever product you have chosen. Once it has passed our quality checks the product is shipped out to you.

All orders through the website will generate an automated order confirmation sent to your email address, if you have not recieved this remember to check your junk mail!
