How long will my order take?

We aim to for our customers to receive their packages within 8-10 working days (excludes weekends and may sometimes be slight delays due to postal issues at times). The only exception would be a few items from our jewellery section which can take around 4-6 weeks. (bar, pendant necklaces and cuff bracelets are excluded from this and only take the normal 8-10 working days). Any other questions please do send us an email or ask through instagram direct message. Bespoke product timescales can be discussed with myself at the time of order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept either PayPal or Bank Transfer, the choice is yours at Check Out

Returns and Refunds?

If item received is either the incorrect item or is damaged on delivery, please contact us as there is a chance of a refund or exchange. If once item is received you feel as though you don’t like the item, or you think your name is spelt wrong, these kind of things will not be refundable.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

International shipping is available with pricing dependant on the product. Please choose the international shipping option at checkout for pricing.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The website is encrypted to HTTPS standard for the most secure shopping experience, all your data is protected!

What exactly happens after ordering?

We start the process of custom making your product, firstly by creating the calligraphy for the text, and then attaching this to whichever product you have chosen. Once it has passed my quality checks the product is shipped out to you.

Do I receive a confirmation for my order?

All orders through the website will generate an automated order confirmation sent to your email address, if you have not recieved this remember to check your junk mail!
